RETURN OF GOODS

We offer exchange or full refund (minus charges incurred such as credit card charges) on orders within 7 days if the product is new, unused and sealed in the original box.

However, we do not offer exchange or refund on any of our car seats once installed.

Due to the nature of our products, safety products cannot be re-used.

REFUND POLICY

All the refunds against any purchase through this website will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

The return will be arranged on your behalf, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund and you will be charged the actual cost. To request a return collection, please email details to sales@safetyonboard.me  or whatsapp +971 50 753 2159

FREIGHT DAMAGE

If a product is received in a damaged condition, unpacking should cease, and the customer should request immediate inspection from the carrier responsible for delivery. It is important to retain all packaging until inspection is complete. A copy of the carriers written damage report is to be forwarded to Safety On Board Middle East.

WARRENTY

We offer 2 years warranty from date of purchase for all our car seats. Please ensure you save your receipt and contact us if you have any warranty issues.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to incorrect use, neglect or accident
